My furniture design is influenced by my family's boatbuilding past and my engineering background. I try to find new and unusual forms to fit the functions of furniture. By drawing on experience of modern manufacturing processes and using CAD I can produce intricate and high quality handmade pieces. I work on varied projects, from large fitted commissions to small carved pieces, the more challenging the better
